About the Role

Drive growth by connecting field teams with FieldTap. You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to demo to close, working directly with firm owners and project managers across environmental consulting, infrastructure inspection, land surveying, and other field-heavy industries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience working with consultancies, field services, or technical industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently from home

Nice to Have

  • Background in environmental consulting, engineering, surveying, or field services
  • Experience selling to government contractors or compliance-driven industries
  • Understanding of field data collection or reporting workflows

About the Role

Be the first point of contact for FieldTap customers. Help field teams onboard, troubleshoot, and get the most out of the platform. You'll work with environmental consultants, surveyors, inspectors, and other professionals who rely on FieldTap to collect data in the field every day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or customer success experience in SaaS
  • Strong technical aptitude - comfortable learning and explaining software
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Comfortable managing your own time and working from home

Nice to Have

  • Background in environmental science, GIS, engineering, or field services
  • Experience creating help documentation or training materials
  • Familiarity with field data collection tools or mobile apps
